Each serving of Sardines are: 

• Wild caught.
• A thawed product.
• A whole, uncleaned fish.
• Minimum weight of 1kg.
• A sustainable seafood choice.

Your fixed price is calculated based on a minimum weight of 1kg at $14.99/kg. If you receive more than the minimum weight stated in the product description, you will not be charged extra.

Please Note:

The weight listed is based on the whole fish before it has been cleaned.

When a fish is cleaned

scales, skin, gills, bones and guts are removed, sometimes head and tail too if selected.

The weight you receive after the fish is cleaned will be 40% – 50%  of the total weight.
