These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Seafood Click & Collect and Delivery service provided by Fishcut Seafood (Fishcut PTY LTD). By placing an order through our Service, you accept these Terms in full.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.
Service Area & Delivery Policy
Fishcut Seafood services the Dubbo region and surrounding Central West NSW postcodes.
Click & Collect is only available for postcode 2830 (Dubbo).
Home Delivery is available for postcodes 2830 (Dubbo) and 2820 (Wellington).
Customers in Mudgee, Orange, and nearby Central West postcodes must enquire directly with our team to confirm eligibility for delivery.
If you place an order from outside our service area, your order will not be fulfilled. You must contact our team to process a refund.
Refund Fee
A refund processing fee will apply to cover transaction and administration costs.
The fee is variable and subject to fluctuation depending on the order value, however, a minimum fee of $10 will always apply.
Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes:
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order placed outside of our service area.
Delivery times may vary depending on availability, traffic, and weather. While we make every effort to deliver on time, we are not liable for delays outside our control.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address within our serviceable postcodes. Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be cancelled and subject to a refund fee.
Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website or mobile application.
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept various forms of payment as specified on our website.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order and not a guarantee of product availability.
Market Availability Policy
Due to the fluctuating nature of seafood supply and the challenges in obtaining fresh stock, some items in your order may become unavailable. If this occurs, you will receive a store credit or have the option to select an in-stock substitute of equal value. Additionally, if a specific size of a product is not available, we reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to your order by providing an equivalent quantity in alternative sizes to fulfill the total amount ordered.
Pre-Order Collection
Orders must be collected from the designated collection point within the specified time frame. Failure to collect your order within this time frame may result in your order being canceled without refund.
If your order is not collected and there has been no prior communication or response to our team's inquiries using the provided contact details, your order will be canceled. In this case, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit, and your order will be discarded.
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your order.
In the event that a third party will collect your order on your behalf, we kindly request advance notification including the full name and contact number of the designated individual. Failure to provide this information in advance may result in us withholding your order until confirmation is received from the original order placer, ensuring it reaches the intended recipient.
Quality and Freshness
Fishcut Seafood is committed to providing high-quality seafood, exceptional delivery services, and maintaining high service standards among our staff. If you are dissatisfied with the service or quality of our products, we will promptly address your concerns and take appropriate measures to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
We recognise that errors can occur. If a mistake is due to our oversight or you are unhappy with the product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Our Team will collect any incorrect items, provided they are in the same condition as received and a store credit will be issued for the affected products. Partially consumed items may be eligible for a partial refund.
Fresh Product Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for perishable goods unless they are damaged or spoiled at the time of collection.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, any complaints must be reported immediately upon receiving your order. Claims made after 12 hours will not be considered.
Products must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full store credit or refund.
Frozen Product Returns
Frozen goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to be considered for a full store credit or refund.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Products that have been partially thawed are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Cancellations and Modifications
Orders may be canceled or modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled collection time, with the exception of peak periods such as Easter, Christmas, Public Holidays, or other busy periods, where changes must be requested at least 7 business days in advance. Please liaise with our customer service team to facilitate any adjustments to your order, and we will endeavor to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.
We do not provide refunds for canceled orders. If notification is received within the specified time frame, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the full order amount, valid for a period of 12 months.
If a refund is required rather than a store credit, a refund processing fee will apply. This fee is variable and subject to fluctuation depending on the order value, however, a minimum fee of $10 will always apply. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.
Our liability for any claim related to the purchase of our products is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
