By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Seafood Click & Collect and Delivery service provided by Fishcut Seafood (Fishcut PTY LTD). By placing an order through our Service, you accept these Terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.
Refund Fee
Important Notes:
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation is an acknowledgment of your order and not a guarantee of product availability.
Due to the fluctuating nature of seafood supply and the challenges in obtaining fresh stock, some items in your order may become unavailable. If this occurs, you will receive a store credit or have the option to select an in-stock substitute of equal value.
Additionally, if a specific size of a product is not available, we reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to your order by providing an equivalent quantity in alternative sizes to fulfill the total amount ordered.
Fishcut Seafood is committed to providing high-quality seafood, exceptional delivery services, and maintaining high service standards among our staff. If you are dissatisfied with the service or quality of our products, we will promptly address your concerns and take appropriate measures to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
We recognise that errors can occur. If a mistake is due to our oversight or you are unhappy with the product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
Our Team will collect any incorrect items, provided they are in the same condition as received and a store credit will be issued for the affected products. Partially consumed items may be eligible for a partial refund.
In accordance with food safety guidelines issued by the New South Wales Food Authority, seafood is a high-risk, perishable food that must be kept at safe temperatures during transport and storage to prevent spoilage and food safety risks
Once seafood has been collected from Fishcut Seafood, responsibility for maintaining correct temperature control transfers to the customer. Fishcut Seafood will not be liable for any loss of quality, spoilage, or food safety issues arising from improper handling, storage, or transport after collection.
Due to the extreme weather conditions commonly experienced in the Central West, customers travelling more than five (5) minutes from the point of collection are required to transport seafood in a suitable insulated container (such as an esky or insulated box) with sufficient ice to keep the product cold.
Where available, our staff are happy to provide ice upon request; however, ice availability is limited, particularly on hot or high-volume trading days. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and purchase ice from the service station at which we operate or another nearby retailer if required.
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and accept responsibility for the safe transport and temperature control of their seafood following collection, as recommended by NSW food safety guidelines.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, any complaints must be reported immediately upon receiving your order. Claims made after 12 hours will not be considered.
Products must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full store credit or refund.
Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Products that have been partially thawed are not eligible for refund or store credit.

All content on our website and mobile application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales Government of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales Government of Australia.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
All original images featured on the Fishcut Seafood website are the exclusive property of Fishcut Seafood and are protected by copyright laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these images is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Fishcut Seafood. Any such actions will be considered a violation of our copyright policy and may result in legal action.
