Our Blue Swimmer Crabs are sourced from South Australia and local Lake Illawarra Fisherman. These Bluey’s are powerful swimmers and voracious hunters and scavengers.

Hard on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside. Blue Swimmer Crabs have the sweetest, nutty-flavoured flesh. The firm yet delicate texture and unique flavour of the crab is the perfect ingredient for your next linguine.

Your fixed price is calculated based on a minimum weight of 1KG at $39.99/kg. If you receive more than the minimum weight stated in the product description, you will not be charged extra.
