    Browse our Easter Menu to explore the seafood selection available for pre-order.

    Our Easter Range features a hand-picked selection of your Fishcut favourites, available exclusively for this period.

  • Checkout Process

    During checkout, select your preferred date, location, and time slot for a seamless order collection experience.

    Please note: only products listed on the Easter Menu are available for Easter pre-orders — other menu items will not be offered during the festive week and you will be unable to check out.

  • Collection

    Collect your order from our designated pre-order queue at our Dubbo or Wellington locations on your selected date and time slot.

Why am I unable to check out my Easter order online?

Please ensure you have selected items from our Easter Menu only.

If you select products from other tabs, you will not be able to choose a Easter location and successfully checkout.

If you have a question about a product not listed on the Easter Pre-Order list, please reach out to us via email or phone, and we will provide you with information about its availability during the festive season.

Can I make amendments to a pre-existing order?

Yes! Amendments can be made to orders up until close of business Sunday March 29th.

Last minute order amendments made after this date will not be accommodated.

Can I purchase seafood on the day without a pre-order?

If you miss the pre-order deadline, you can still visit us in-store to purchase fresh seafood from our counter.

When do Easter Pre-Orders Close?

What are your Easter Trading hours?

During the Easter, we will be open on the following dates:

- Thursday, April 2nd– 7 AM to 6 PM

- Friday, April 3rd – 7 AM to 4 PM

- Saturday April 4th - CLOSED

Both pre-orders and walk-in seafood purchases are available for collection on these date

Where are you located?

Our Fish Truck is located at Inland Petroleum West Dubbo, 98 Victoria Street, every Thursday, Friday & Saturday weekly.

During the Easter Period, we will also be open on the following dates:

- Thursday, April 2nd– 7 AM to 6 PM

- Friday, April 3rd – 7 AM to 4 PM

- Saturday April 4th - CLOSED

Where can I collect my order from in Wellington?

Please Note: At this stage, we are unable to confirm whether delivery to Wellington will be available for Easter due to staff shortages.

In the meantime, we warmly welcome all Wellington customers to collect their orders from our Dubbo location.

Can I pick up my order before my selected time slot?

To ensure a convenient collection process, we have introduced designated time slots.

This thoughtful initiative aims to prevent congestion and reduce wait times by promoting a controlled and organised flow of customers picking up their orders.

If you arrive before your scheduled time, we may not be able to locate your order due to the time slot organisation system.

We kindly ask that you aim to collect your order during your chosen time slot and not significantly prior.

Why is there a service fee on my order?

To keep your seafood fresh during transport, we carefully pack all orders in insulated, compostable boxes.

This service carries a $4.99 fee per order.
