Where are you located?

You can find our Fish Truck at Inland Petroleum West Dubbo, 98 Victoria Street every Thursday and Friday and on the following dates during the Christmas Period:


- Monday, December 23rd, from 7 AM to 7 PM


- Tuesday, December 24th, from 7 AM to 7 PM here.

When Christmas Pre-Orders Close?

Christmas Pre-Orders will close on Thursday, December 17th, both online and in-store.

If you miss the pre-order deadline, we invite you to visit us in-store to shop for fresh seafood from our counter on December 23rd and 24th, from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Why is there a service fee on my order?

To keep your seafood fresh during transport, we carefully pack all orders in insulated, compostable boxes with a food-safe ice pack.

A small packing fee applies to cover these premium materials, ensuring your seafood remains at the ideal temperature throughout its journey.

This service carries a $4.99 fee per order.

Can I purchase seafood on the day without a pre-order?

If you miss the pre-order deadline, we invite you to visit us in-store to shop for fresh seafood from our counter on Monday December 23rd and Tuesday December 24th, from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Can I pick up my order before my selected time slot?

To ensure a convenient collection process, we have introduced designated time slots.

This thoughtful initiative aims to prevent congestion and reduce wait times by promoting a controlled and organised flow of customers picking up their orders.

If you arrive before your scheduled time, we may not be able to locate your order due to the time slot organisation system.

We kindly ask that you aim to collect your order during your chosen time slot and not significantly prior.

Why am I unable to check out my Christmas order online?

Please ensure you have selected items from our "Christmas Pre-Order List" under the Products tab.

If you select products from other tabs, you will not be able to choose the "Dubbo Christmas Pre-Order" option upon checkout.

If you have a question about a product not listed on the Christmas Pre-Order list, please reach out to us via email or phone, and we will provide you with information about its availability during the festive season.
