Please note: only products listed on the Easter Menu are available for Easter pre-orders — other menu items will not be offered during the festive week and you will be unable to check out.

Yes! Amendments can be made to orders up until close of business Sunday March 29th.
Last minute order amendments made after this date will not be accommodated.
If you miss the pre-order deadline, you can still visit us in-store to purchase fresh seafood from our counter.

During the Easter, we will be open on the following dates:
- Thursday, April 2nd– 7 AM to 6 PM
- Friday, April 3rd – 7 AM to 4 PM
- Saturday April 4th - CLOSED
Both pre-orders and walk-in seafood purchases are available for collection on these date
Our Fish Truck is located at Inland Petroleum West Dubbo, 98 Victoria Street, every Thursday, Friday & Saturday weekly.
During the Easter Period, we will also be open on the following dates:
- Thursday, April 2nd– 7 AM to 6 PM
- Friday, April 3rd – 7 AM to 4 PM
- Saturday April 4th - CLOSED

Please Note: At this stage, we are unable to confirm whether delivery to Wellington will be available for Easter due to staff shortages.
In the meantime, we warmly welcome all Wellington customers to collect their orders from our Dubbo location.
To ensure a convenient collection process, we have introduced designated time slots.
This thoughtful initiative aims to prevent congestion and reduce wait times by promoting a controlled and organised flow of customers picking up their orders.
If you arrive before your scheduled time, we may not be able to locate your order due to the time slot organisation system.
We kindly ask that you aim to collect your order during your chosen time slot and not significantly prior.
To keep your seafood fresh during transport, we carefully pack all orders in insulated, compostable boxes.
This service carries a $4.99 fee per order.
