Golden Pomfret

 

Each whole Golden Pomfret is: 

• Wild caught.
• A thawed product.
• A whole, uncleaned fish.
• Minimum weight of 1kg.

Your fixed price is calculated based on a minimum weight of 1kg at $18.99/kg. If you receive more than the minimum weight stated in the product description, you will not be charged extra.

If you would like your whole fish cleaned please ensure you have made the selection below.

Please Note:

The weight listed is based on the whole fish before it has been cleaned.

When a fish is cleaned

scales, skin, gills, bones and guts are removed, sometimes head and tail too if selected.

The weight you receive after the fish is cleaned  will be 40% – 50%  of the total weight.
