Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon is a mild-flavoured and oily fish that has a rich content of omega-3 fatty acids and protein. Salmon has a medium textured flesh that flakes well making it ideal for frying, steaming, baking, barbecuing, poaching and grilling.

Your fixed price is calculated based on a minimum weight of 4kg at $34.99/kg. If you receive more than the minimum weight stated in the product description, you will not be charged extra.
