Barramundi has moist, firm, large textured flesh that flakes well making it ideal for frying, crumbing, steaming, baking, barbecuing, poaching and grilling. 

We recommend pan frying Barramundi.

Barramundi is high in protein, low in fat and high in omega-3 fatty acids, making it a great source of essential nutrients for your next healthy meal.

• 2-3 skinless boneless fillets.
