Basa is a moist, lean and firm fish with small textured flesh that flakes well making it ideal for frying, crumbing, steaming, baking, poaching and grilling.

Basa is the perfect fillet for children as an introduction to seafood due to its mild flavours!

Each portion of Basa is: 

• A thawed imported product.
• 2-4 skinless boneless fillets.
• Each serving is a minimum of 500g

Your fixed price is calculated based on a minimum weight of 500g at $14.99/kg. If you receive more than the minimum weight stated in the product description, you will not be charged extra.
