Easter - Whole Snapper

Please note that due to the busy season, we are unable to accommodate any special requests for cutting or portion whole fish. This product is sold whole (scaled & gutted) and will not be processed further.

Snapper is a mild, sweet-flavoured fish.

Snapper Frames are ideal for fish stock and soup.

Each Whole Snapper frame is: 

• Wild Caught.
• A fresh product.
  
• A whole scaled & gutted fish.

Please note whole fish are subject to market availability. While we will do our best to supply your requested size, this may vary depending on what is available on the week.

The weight listed is based on the whole fish before it has been cleaned.

When a fish is cleaned

scales, skin, gills, bones and guts are removed, sometimes head and tail too if selected.

The weight you receive after the fish is cleaned will be 40% – 50%  of the total weight.
