Whole Snapper (800-900g)

Snapper is a mild, sweet-flavoured fish.

Snapper Frames are ideal for fish stock and soup.

Each Whole Snapper frame is: 

• Wild.
• A fresh product.
• A minimum weight of 800g
• A whole scaled & gutted fish.

Your fixed price is calculated based on a minimum weight of 800g at $30.99/kg. If you receive more than the minimum weight stated in the product description, you will not be charged extra.

Please Note:

The weight listed is based on the whole fish before it has been cleaned.

When a fish is cleaned

scales, skin, gills, bones and guts are removed, sometimes head and tail too if selected.

The weight you receive after the fish is cleaned will be 40% – 50%  of the total weight.
