Wild Barramundi is a white-fleshed fish that has a rich, buttery and slightly sweet flavour with low-medium oiliness. 

Barramundi has moist, firm, large textured flesh that flakes well making it ideal for frying, steaming, baking, barbecuing, poaching and grilling. 

We recommend pan frying barramundi with the skin on, because the skin is thin and crisps up nicely!

Barramundi is Aboriginal for “large-scaled river fish".

Barramundi is high in protein, low in fat and high in omega-3 fatty acids, making it a great source of essential nutrients for your next healthy meal. 

Each portion of Wild Barramundi is: 

• Wild caught.
  
• A fresh, boneless and skin-on fillet.
• Each fillet is a minimum of 250g
• A sustainable seafood choice.

Your fixed price is calculated based on a minimum weight of 250g at $44.99/kg. If you receive more than the minimum weight stated in the product description, you will not be charged extra.
