Barramundi has moist, firm, large textured flesh that flakes well making it ideal for frying, crumbing, steaming, baking, barbecuing, poaching and grilling. 

We recommend pan frying Barramundi.

Each 500g serve of Barramundi is:

• A frozen imported product.
• Two skinless boneless fillets.
• Each porting is a minimum of 500g

Your fixed price is calculated based on a minimum weight of 500g at $29.99/kg. If you receive more than the minimum weight stated in the product description, you will not be charged extra.
